I WANNA BE ME I WANNA BE (E) U (2019)

Projecting personal identities through fashion, in times of economic and ecological uncertainties

is an interactive live art performance inspired by catwalks focusing on, self-expressing, making and performing, taking place in an recently closed supermarket. The event is led by Alma Tischlerwood and Rose Cronin from the international collective, foreign investment (FI) in collaboration with students from London College of Fashion (LCF) and Dr.Francesco Mazzarella.  Additionally to the visual, we pose some vexed questions around self-parody, self-harm (Brexit), and self-aggrandisement through the polite medium of fashion.
